After-Hours Maintenance Window
Routine maintenance is performed Monday through Friday between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM local time. This includes OS patching, application updates, and disk optimization. We require devices to be left powered on and connected to the internet during this window.
Helpdesk Response Time
Non-emergency support requests are acknowledged within 4 business hours. Resolution typically occurs during the next available "Night Watch" maintenance window to prevent daytime downtime. Critical "System Down" emergencies receive immediate triage.
Excluded Services
The Silent Admin plan covers remote management and support. It does not include on-site visits, hardware repair costs, cabling/wiring projects, or general staff training on how to use specific software (e.g., "How to use Excel Formulas").
